🎁 A Legacy That Shaped Generations of Communicators
This year marked the retirement of Jim Moushon, Senior Master Trainer, after 36 years, 7 months, and 16 days of extraordinary service. Jim’s influence extends far beyond the classroom. He helped shape Communispond’s methodology, mentored countless trainers, and guided professionals across industries to communicate with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
His legacy lives on in every program we deliver and in every participant who leaves our sessions better equipped to connect, influence, and lead.
🎁 Executive Presence Took Center Stage
This year also saw the launch of Executive Presence for Senior Leaders, a program designed for leaders navigating complexity, visibility, and influence at the highest levels of their organizations.
The response reinforced what we hear consistently from senior executives: technical expertise and experience are essential, but presence is what determines how leaders are heard, trusted, and followed. This program brought together communication, credibility, and leadership impact in a way that resonated deeply with today’s executive audiences.

We were excited to launch Business Storytelling Skills in an open enrollment format, making one of Communispond’s most powerful capabilities available to a broader audience.
