How Does Trainer Certification Work?

Gain flexibility, scalability, and the opportunity to infuse your organization’s culture by certifying your trainers to deliver Communispond’s highly sought after communication skills training programs.

Attend: Trainer Certification begins with attending the communication skills training course for which you are seeking certification.

Agree: In addition to the Letter of Agreement between Communispond and your organization to secure the certification, the individual seeking certification will sign a trainer agreement with Communispond.

Prepare: Once the agreements are signed, we will send you an “Instructor Kit“ with all of the materials you will need to prepare for your certification.

Practice: After you have had time to prepare, you will spend time with our Head Trainer practicing the specific skills, working on pacing, and receiving coaching.

(Co)Teach: The final step is to successfully complete your co-teaches with our Head Trainer.

Do I need to sign an agreement?

A: Yes. In addition to the Letter of Agreement between Communispond and the client organization to secure the certification, the individual seeking certification is required to sign a trainer agreement with Communispond. Contact us to learn more. 

How do I maintain my certification?

A: In order to maintain certification, you must order materials for and delivery two classes per year.
