New Workshop Spotlight: Executive Presence for Senior Leaders™

There’s a certain quality that sets top leaders apart. You can see it when they walk into a room, hear it when they speak, and feel it in the way they handle tough situations. That quality is executive presence—and it’s more than just confidence. It’s about clarity, credibility, and the ability to inspire trust.

We’re excited to launch Executive Presence for Senior Leaders, a new workshop built specifically for high-level professionals who want to sharpen how they show up and lead in critical moments.

Executive Presence Isn’t Optional at the Senior Level

By the time someone reaches a senior leadership role, technical skills and experience are a given. What really moves the needle is how effectively you communicate, how well you connect with others, and whether people believe in your vision.

In fact, a study by the Center for Talent Innovation found that executive presence accounts for 26% of what it takes to get promoted—and 89% of leaders say it’s essential for advancement.

If you’re leading teams, presenting to the board, or representing your organization externally, executive presence is the skill that helps you make those moments count.

What the Workshop Covers

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all workshop. It is modular and tailored to your team’s goals. Every session starts with a foundation in cultivating executive presence, then builds on that with topics you choose—like presenting with power, telling business stories, managing Q&A, or delivering bad news with clarity and empathy.

Throughout the workshop, participants get hands-on practice, real-time coaching, and immediate feedback. It’s not just about learning—it’s about applying what you learn in the moment, so it sticks.

How It’s Delivered

You can run this workshop as a:

  • Half-day session (3 modules)
  • Full-day session (5 modules)
  • 1.5-day intensive (8 modules)

It’s available in-person or virtually, and we keep class sizes small—just 6 to 8 participants—to make sure everyone gets personal attention and practice time.

Who It’s For

This workshop is designed for:

  • Executives and senior leaders who want to strengthen how they communicate and lead
  • Senior leadership teams who need to align and elevate their presence as a group
  • High-level leaders preparing to step into even bigger roles

If you’ve ever watched a colleague speak and thought, “They just own the room,” this is the workshop that helps you do the same—authentically and consistently.

Tips for Developing Executive Presence

Even small shifts can make a big difference. Here are a few practical ways to start building your executive presence right now:

  • Pause before you speak. A thoughtful pause signals confidence and gives your words more weight.
  • Make eye contact—on camera and off. Whether you’re in a room or on a virtual platform, intentional eye contact helps build trust.
  • Speak with intention. Presence isn’t about dominating the room—it’s about being heard and understood.
  • Embrace stillness. Avoid distracting movements. Controlled body language conveys poise and credibility.
  • Own your space. How you sit, stand, and move sends a message. Make sure it’s saying what you want it to say.

Let’s Talk

Executive presence doesn’t come from a title—it’s a skill you can build. And this workshop gives your senior leaders the tools to do exactly that.
