Pat DiLaura has served in various executive level HR leadership positions for over 25 years. He started his career in HR with Hallmark Cards, Inc. in Kansas City, MO. He then moved to Rochester, NY to join Paychex, Inc. in the #2 HR job. Following Paychex, he joined Logical Operations/Ziff-Davis Education in the top HR job. He have also served as President & Managing Partner of a large regional HR Consulting Practice and as Vice President of Global Talent Management & Diversity for an industry leading, publicly traded company.
