Communispond’s story began with a communication challenge that was deeply personal to co-founder Kevin R. Daley.
After struggling with public speaking early in life, Daley worked to become a more confident communicator and eventually saw firsthand how presentation skills could influence careers, client relationships, and business decisions.
While serving as a vice president at J. Walter Thompson, he began helping colleagues and clients improve how they communicated their ideas. In 1969, Daley and a colleague founded Communispond, turning that work into a company dedicated to helping professionals strengthen communication through practice, coaching, and feedback.
